Finally the rain seems to  have started, well sometimes every other day. It's great when it does, cos the temperature drops to 28 and we feel almost cold and stop sweating for a few hours, and at night we can even sleep - once the rainstops the humidity climbs - but we are used to it and even the locals just sweat with us.

Lisa has said she found the temperature a real problem going back to the UK. A drop form 38 to 8 - and has been permananetly cold - at least when we are back it's May I hope it gets into the 20's - can't remember what it's like not to be always running - well dripping - with sweat.

Suzanne has started loading all the pictures into a book and we are stunned at what we have seen and done, so much - it has been beyond wonderful - such a great group - fantastic forest, lovely communities and friendly people - think her books will truly convey to you how stunning this trip has been.

This has provided a  lifetime of memories - well as long as the brain keeps working and I can remember them
