The trip was very "squally" with wind peaking at 34 knots with lots of rain. We are know in a very nice bay on Balabac Island. We visited a small village this afternoon and was in turn visited onboard by a nice man and his 2 years old son. We got bananas and they got some foodstuff and fish hooks and a set of crayons for the little boy.
This is not a port of entry so we are flying the yellow flag. It will be many days before we reach Puerto Princesa to check in. This is apparently an accepted procedure.
