We celebrated Gill’s birthday at sea yesterday. Arriving in Port Elizabeth  around 22:00 hours.
It was a splendid uneventful sail, averaging 150 odd miles a day....yes we found the current. We saw a few seals sleeping on their backs, but didn’t manage to get a photograph.
Unfortunately we came in after sunset which is never fun, especially if you have never been in before.  We had a slight mishap on mooring and scratched the new paintwork on a cleat.  But no one hurt and arrival beers consumed
Now we wait for the next weather window!
Fair winds
