03 Ocean bread

I have been sailing and making bread for many years. Alison, listened to a podcast about cooking at sea and the person suggested using sea water instead of precious fresh water and salt....
Today we tested the result, perfect! I did use some warm fresh water because I use honey instead of sugar. I am not sure how to dilute the honey in cold water.
On the subject of food, it is unusual to find other people who prefer cold baked beans, and here on Star Charger, all four of us do!
