As we enter day seven all is well. The days merge into one. The routine of three hours on watch, six hours off becomes far more meaningful than a day.
The sunrises have been spectacular, and after nights of endless stars.
So far we have seen squadrons of flying fish, a few birds and yesterday.....something with a fin, and not Ben Ainslie!
We are clearly in a strong current as we are making close to seven knots, in only about 15 knots of wind.
Fair winds
