Rather rough and windy this morning, we even had a wave break over the boat and into the cabin...bit of a low point for me I hate getting salt water inside the boat! And the water tank is now reading below 300 litres for the first time and it is too rough to make water!
We had already shortened sail to just the genoa.  Still making good time though and knocking out 20 nm watches (3 hours) so all good.  Ian has been trying to photograph the huge waves which of course look nothing on film!
Today is my day off and I can’t get motivated to do anything.  It is too hot and too rough and I am feeling grumpy.
More later if I feel inspired....
Had a sleep and feel better, still rough.....Dicken helming managed to get broadside onto a huge wave and we rolled over till the top guardrail got wet!
Also, we passed halfway with a 158 nm day today. We have been discussing what rum punches are actually made of!
