Excellent start to the trip. Left Coffs Harbour at about 9.30am. Sun shining, low winds and even with some biggish swell, pretty comfortable. Our weather router Roger Badham has promised good conditions.

Bryan and Tony are quick learners and ready to do their 3 hour watches tonight. Then, 90mins into the trip the boys land a huge Dorado (Mahi-Mahi) – so dinner was sashimi followed by pan fried fish. YUM
