At 2am local time we finally put down the anchor in Taiohae Bay. As expected Mike delivered us safely into the bay using radar, GPS and our very powerful spotlights. I was very happy to hear the sound of the anchor winch and then the quiet as we shut down the engine - what a good performance from TIME2. The total trip from San Diego has been 3058nm (5663kms) and taken a total of 402 hours. The non-stop crossing section from Turtle Bay took just over 15 days ..pretty good going!

This is the beautiful view we woke up to on Thursday morning - lush green mountains. And the bottle of champagne from our friends Dick and Jauhree we drank to celebrate.
