The small village of Roatava with its friendly locals is delightful.  With a handy dinghy dock, it’s a short walk to a couple of small supermarkets, one of which includes a bakery.  The local church has an outdoor chapel where local artisan skills are much in evidence.  All in all this is an easy place to linger.
