On Passage

All is well on board.
After enjoying a wonderful meal and evening with Marce and Jack on board Escape Velocity, we reluctantly said our farewells, having conceded that we needed to continue east before the trade winds strengthened further. We're looking forward to meeting up with them again soon.
And so began our long and boisterous passage to St Martin. With headwinds of 15 knots gusting 20, combined with a lumpy 2 metre sea, this was never going to be a recipe for a comfortable passage. With Macushla well reefed down she is, as usual, rising to the challenge and we're now well on our way across the Anegada Passage.
