It was not the summer we’d hoped for.  We said goodbye to Sue’s Dad, our No. 1 blog follower, weather forecaster and researcher.  Sue spent a large part of the summer back in the UK supporting her parents as they prepared to move house.  Dad’s health deteriorated and he sadly passed away after a short illness.  This has created a void which is impossible to fill, but we are determined to continue our voyage, knowing that he is watching over us.
