We’ve been here a few days and it’s all about the wildlife.  Utterly amazing and wonderful.  We are woken each morning by a dawn chorus of barking sea lions, which play around the yachts, board them if they can, and are literally everywhere along the sea front.  We daren’t launch our dinghy as it would soon be swamped by these lovable rogues, so instead we use the excellent water taxi service.  We certainly never tire of watching them from Macushla’s cockpit.

With the formalities complete it’s time to raise our Ecuador courtesy flag and here’s the water taxi:
