All is well on board as we continue to piggyback on the small high pressure
system as it tracks north. Though the winds are getting lighter, we're
still able to make reasonable progress, thanks to the minimal swell.

We're enjoying the opportunity to catch up on our reading during the day and
our podcasts and music are once again providing ideal night watch

We were surprised to hear the VHF radio burst in to life late yesterday
afternoon and enjoyed a chat with the skipper of motor vessel Dixsept, a
Nordhavn 55, en route to Antigua - the first pleasure vessel we've seen
since we set off.

We're coming to the end of our pre-cooked food, but still have plenty of
fresh supplies to keep us going.
