All is well on board.
Our fresh supplies are lasting well and it's fridge audit day today. This involves checking out the entire contents and deciding what needs eating in what order and devising a suitable menu. The longer the passage, the more inventive the ingredient combinations become and we then start to rely on our ship's stores. This will also be the time to deploy the fishing line.
Today we're also making pizza and bread roles - there's nothing quite like the smell of freshly baked bread on a long passage!
And finally, skipper is rationing himself on the superb fruit cake whuch Sue's Mum baked for him especially for this trip so that it lasts all the way to the Marquesas.
