All is well on board and we've sailed another 150 miles in the last 24 hours. We're enjoying the sailing; the wind is stil on the beam and the swell has reduced, giving us comfotable conditions and making it easier for us to rest. However only sleeping for three hours at a time takes some getting used to and we're still adjusting to the regime. Cat naps during the day are essential.
