All is well on board and we continue to make steady progress. As per forecast the wind is now from the NNE and so we are making a good course with the sails set 'wing on wing'.

We have been calling in twice a dayto our SSB radio net. It has been good to talk to friends crossing the Pacific to the Marquesas and boats already in the Tuamotus have been providing really helpful up-to-date tide information.

With one more night at sea we should arrive in time for the morning slack water at Fakarava.

Note: In the time it's taken to type this post, Skipper has put out his fishing line and, within a mere five minutes, he's landed a superb mahi mahi. The freshest of fish is back on the menu!
