Another day of sailing hard on the wind and, after transiting the Quitasol Pass, we entered the Golfo de Batabano - a vast area of shallow and protected turquoise waters. Nonetheless, the afternoon breezes produced a lively chop, so we were particularly glad to drop anchor in the sheltered channel between Cayo Hicacos and Cayo Campos.
