The promised north westerly arrived in the night
and we had a good sail through the night with F4/5. I mentioned the Oriana in my
last blog and this picture shows what a nice day it was with a smooth
sea.
 This morning the wind built up and has gradually
gone round to the South West so I am now heading towards Luarca which is East of
Coruna. We now have an average of 25kts true wind and are close hauled so I am
learning to live on the slope. The sea has changed a bit
 I am about 110nm from Luarca so if the wind doesn't
change should get in at about 1800 tomorrow. The wind will change and the
spanish say it will go NW again so it may still be
Coruna.............
