When Sally arrived at about 3 pm after being delayed by a cycle race we left and decided to do a short sail to Tersane Adasi where we had been twice before. Waiting for Sally we backed up to the Town Quay in Gocek so were mixed in with the local gulets.

Then we set off for a short sail back to Tersane Adasi where we had anchored before. This time we backed up to the restaurant jetty.

We were the only visitors. The other boats you can see in the picture are just parked there and belong to a company called Budget Sailing. Looking at the boats…………… the Trades Description Act would not be a problem for them. We visited the restaurant and had a meal of questionable quality but superlative price.

The next day we went to Ekincik Bay where there is a newish Marina which has no resident boats. After having a walk around I am not sure there is a road to the place.

There are a few buildings which seem to be holiday apartments and…..

….a model of the leaning tower of pizza. It leans more in this view….

After one night there we moved on another  30nm to Sence Bay which is a delightfully enclosed Bay. The owner of Captain Nemos restaurant came out and put us on one of his buoys…….so we had to go and have a beer. The Bay was very calm

Which is not surprising as it has a narrow entrance

There are a few ruins but I didn’t go and explore as the attraction of piles of rubble is beginning to wane.
