Arrived in the morning, bought some bread and then went out to suss out Mourilyan Harbour.  Sugar ships come in here, so nice deep anchorage, and also dredged so no sand bar at the entrance.  We are hunting out safe anchorages should we get a blow when we travel up the coast next year to Darwin.  Weather has been unusual this year (so they say) very windy.  Looking out to sea, the sugar boat docks to the left.

A few piles to the left and anchored boats towards the right.

Apparently a sand bar just beyond the yellow buoys, so keep to port beside the mooring piles on entry.

Leading lights on the shore as well.

It rained (torrential) from here onwards.
