                | The second walk we did on the first day was to: The walk was through eucalypts and tree fern with odd tree
fern thrown in.  More about the latter later! Fording a few streams on the way - the word gorge should have
been a bit of a give away.  Some big (well steep): I really must tell Paul to put his hat on straight, but on the
other hand, nah. To the end point.  At least we thought this was the end
point, turns out we should have carried on to reach  Mickey’s Gorge.
Have to wait for another time.  Was it a snake ...... Nah, just lots of ferns Some small stag horn fern, but not looking too
good. Bit like blue lights we have bought for the boat, the colour
really stands out and so did this berry – gotta get that plant
book. Love the colours of this bark when you get up
close. |
