We decided to explore the island a bit and so went away for a couple days.  We stayed in a gite the first night.  Built on top of a small mountain, Stephen at last got another off-road experience!

On our second day stopped at Bonhomme de la Roche Percee at Bourail and War graves somewhere en-route to Poindimie on the east coast.  Here’s the war graves:
