There were two dogs, about a dozen chickens and five chicks,
three horses and about 200 sheep on the farm. The horses took care of themselves
and someone else looked after the sheep. That left the dogs, chickens and lots
of plant watering for us to take care of. Here are some of the sheep, Jo, Bo
....

![]() The chickens.. and they do have personalities. There were the
twins, the wouldn’t say boo to a goose, seriously beat up chickens 1 2 and 3,
bully cockerel no 1, bully cockerel no 3 etc. etc..
![]() ![]() If we let baby chickens out too early in the morning they
would escape – two out, one in.

On the morning of the day that Paul and I left, we had four eggs.
