Here’s a delightful picnic spot we found, complete with rubbish before we booked hotel in Poindimie for two nights.

 

 

 

On our third day we went up the east coast to Hienghene.  There are limestone cliffs off shore with a lagoon in between about 10 km out side the town.  A nice shot of fishing nets in a camping area next to the lagoon.

This limestone formation is at Hienghene and called the Hen.  Look for the beak on the LHS.  Apparently you can the weather from its eyes.  I didn’t say that.
