One of the fishing boats all dress up with lots of people on board As we entered the bay a long line of fishing boats were parading across the bay in the direction of Camarinas. This is their festival day we are told. All the boats (big and small fishing boats) and the spectator boats, made for a very interesting approach to the marina pontoon, as they were all milling around very close to where we needed to get to. The pontoon was also full of people all looking at them. They tried to help, but as is always the way they did not know when or how to tie the ropes. As we do not speak Spanish we could not give instructions!!! Some of the other Fishing Vessels The Light House at the entrance to the bay |
