At the camp site Paul decided that he would light a fire. 

Not having any means to chop up a branch he decided to put the whole lot on.

You would not believe the sound of the insects at night.  The ranger warned us to get inside by about 1830.  We are surrounded by hoards of mosquito’s trying to get in through the window screens.  And it’s really, really hot.  No electricity so can’t put the air con on.
