Passage To The Galapagos Islands Day 2

We left the Las Perlas Islands heading for Galapagos at 10.00 am local Panama on the 2 Mach 2012.

Day 2 Distance to go, 725 miles.

Noon to Noon on the 3rd March 12

Very little wind throughout the day and night, so we have made very slow progress towards Galapagos.

We have had both the cruising shoot and Parasailor up and down many times during the last 24 hours. The cruising shoot is up yet again but we are only making 5.4 knots over the ground and 3.3 knots through the water, so we have at least 1.5 to 2 knots of current with us.

Caught a fish yesterday just after we left, but as Rhu could not identify it we put it back, better luck today I hope!
