Sailed across to Lagurre Bay, from Signal Island, and anchored. Still windy but at least the water is flat inside the bay. Stayed for a few days – no-one here but Karacool and ourselves. Very windy during the day but calms down overnight.

 

Trekking around the bay, we were trying to find a path up the hillside but fences cut us off.  Some of these went into the water but cattle and horses had presumably escaped at times and so now the fences went along the shore line.  Here’s Stephen, me and Annie scrambling over the rocks.  You can see Karacool and Oyster Moon in the background.

Think these are solidified mud pools.  The blue is salt – and it’s not really blue.
