We crossed the equator at 0040 this morning. 

Northern Hemisphere

Now in the Southern Hemisphere

Paul dressed up as Neptune using cord netting and made a crown out of aluminium foil.  His trident he made from one of the boat hook, adding an extra prong! 

We drank a rum and coke with Neptune and offered him some crisps and money. 

Very slow crossing with a bit of wind at the beginning and then virtually nothing.  We motored for 504 nm and used about 320 l of diesel.
