The woodland is quite lush with lots of tree ferns and other
ferns, and lots of other trees that we don't recognise and don't yet
know the names of!

![]() The woods are full of these - cicadas and they make a
constant din, much louder than any of the tropical
islands
we've been to. The odd thing here is that they are out during the day and the sound is
just like the buzz you
get from overhead electricity wires, but much
louder.
