The ISP we use for email has a fairly small maximum size, so we have to split pictures across more than one email, hence the continuation of the tour! The rum factory was right up north (St George's is in the south west) and uses the original methods and machinery - using sugar beet and powered by waterwheel. The sugar beet is grown locally especially for the factory.
The leftover sugar cane.
This machinery is very old - the original is still being used.
The water wheel.
Above and below, a flamboyant tree in the grounds of the factory. The trails up and down are ants.
