Noon-to-noon run of 128.4 miles. Slightly more than the last two days as the wind came up a bit to 15-20kts last night so Troutbridge was able to go faster and we've kept pace with them, keeping to within 1 to 3 miles. The wind has remained in the 15-20kts range so we hope to have a reasonable run in the next 24 hours. Niue is 45 miles to the south. It was a shame we couldn't stop there, but the anchorage is too exposed to the south and west, which is where the big swell this weekend is forecast to come from. So it's on to Tonga, the Vava'u Group in the northern end of the Tongan island chain which stretches about 350 miles SSW to NNE. With 230 miles to go we hope to arrive on Monday morning our time.
