Some pictures of the Pacific side of Panama.

Panama City from the anchorage.

A closer view - ominous dark cloads hover over the city (it did rain later).

A couple of the many apartment blocks.

The tallest building, still under construction. It's an apartment block and when finished it will be 100 storeys high!

The moorings at Balboa, which were always full, with the Bridge of the Americas behind.

Sunset from La Payita anchorage. It's not Aurora B, but  is very similar.

Sunday Lunch - all this for $8 (£5). Eating out is not expensive and the food is good.

A bowl of cereal! We hope 15 packs of assorted cerels will last us for the next 3 months or so.
Note there's no cardboard - it takes up too much space and can harbour unwanted guests!
