Although we had bad weather all the time we were there, we did manage to go snorkeling a couple of times. The sea was rough and it was a bit like being in a washing machine. The reef at the head of the false pass was very rich in marine life. The locals had set up a fish trap near where we were moored and it was packed with every variety of tropical fish.
