All OK onboard. No fish dramas to tell of - but last night's Dorado supper was exquisite! Only difficulty was keeping everything on the plate as we are in boisterous quartering seas. Tonight's supper - Fresh Dorado steaks baked in tomato, onion and tarragon (same as last night in fact). Tomorrow the Ajaya Mahal restaurant opens its doors with Skipper Ali's signature dish - Dorado goujons in a green coconut milk curry sauce. Reservations now being taken.
