A wonderful visit to St Martin and our ‘few days’ became three weeks in which we had a great time, meeting up with and having a farewell dinner with Astrid and Bjorn, Bueno Vista, before they head off to explore a different life style in Majorca leaving Bueno Vista here in St Martin, ‘just in case things don’t work out’, we wish them all the best.  We walked, took buses and generally re-acquainted ourselves with St Martin, Dutch and French sides, with Ray and Irene, at the same time stocking with duty free goods.  I think we took shares in the chandlers while we fitted Quicksilver with a new reefing system, deck cleats and various bits and bobs and finally on the 12th March we are ready to move onto St Bart’s.
