We have had a wonderful time here in Marin, the yachting centre of Martinique, lots of chandlers and of course the last stop for those baguettes, croissants and cheeses!  We have had a great time as well as collecting some euro’s for a pile of ‘stuff’ we took of Quicksilver last season and left to be sold in one of the Chandlers, it paid for another case of wine.  We got the good news that Joanie had a clear result from the scan so Karma is now in St Vincent where they are having family visit, we caught up with Ellen and Rob on Miclo III for dinner on QS last night, a very convivial evening and now we are checked out with the officials and prepare to leave here in the morning for Rodney Bay, St Lucia.  Looks like a good forecast and the wind and clouds we have had over the last week are diminishing as I type, a last snorkel and prepare for departure.
