18.30 14:04.91N 60:57.80W Rodney Bay, St Lucia. Weigh anchor and point
Bootlegger on a course of 212m heading for an overnight passage to our
next destination - Bequia some 71nm to the SSW and approximately half way
to our ultimate passage destination of St Georges, Grenada. KB watch

20.30 Motor sailing with a little Genny and Main out. Wind: E18kts SOG:
6kts. FN relieved KB. Put out all sail. Soon doing 8kts. Cut engine.
Average SOG: 7kts sail only. Ship passed to starboard heading NE.

01.00 13:27.370N 61:14.418W Off NW tip of St Vincent. Sail Only.Wind:
E18kts SOG 7.8kts. Have switched off tricolour nav lights at masthead and
all lights below to reduce our footprint as this area becoming notorious
for piracy. Still have low level pushpit and pulpit nav lights on. No
ships sighted.

01.40 Wind dropped to SE8kts with resultant SOG of 4.6kts as we came into
the lee of St Vincent. With the wind shy rolled away Genny and hardened
up main and mizzen until we clear St Vincent.

02.00 13:18.12N 61:16.96W KB relieved FN after briefing.

05.45 13:00.086N 61:14.727W . F.W.E after dropping hook in Bequia’s
Admiralty Bay south anchorage.
