After putting the boat to bed taken ashore by water taxi where we sampled
the excellent Hummingbird cuisine. Speaking with Joyce the maitre de we
learnt that business had taken a large downturn since the credit crunch.

Later, before hitting the sack, I texted Karl with Kevin in mind to see
when the Ireland v Wales was being played. This Saturday (tomorrow) or
next Saturday. I was awoke at 04.30 by a text to say it was today at 13.30
our time. As this could involve the boat I woke Kevin to advise and to
determine how and where we could watch the game. It was decided for us at
07.00 when a Marine Park official turned up in a launch to chase us off
the mooring as the beach fishermen who had appeared and were working close
by, ‘had priority’ over the anchorage.
