Monday 26 May Cleared in at Immigration office next to the Yacht Club
where I then had luch and a couple of beers. Great view of the harbour
from here.

Took a walk around the place in the afternoon visiting the chandlery,
Island Yachting World and a Office equipemnt shop where I bought a small
Canon printer. Took it back to the boat and set it up. Made the
acquantance of Jim, an American live aboard from California who has a 51'
steel yacht which has clearly put a lot of miles in. Jim says Spice Island
Marine over in Prickly Bay not good place to leave boat as all boats there
were trashed in Hurricane Ivan, four years ago. If there is a hurricane
warning he dives for Trinidad otherwise lives here. His Russian girlfriend
is due back out in a week's time after a visit home.

Dined at the local Chinese. OK.

Tuesday 27 May: Took a taxi ride to Grenada Marina to check it out as a
possible place to put Bootlegger for the Hurricane Season. It is very
remote and I am not happy with the condition of the yard. My only other
option is Spice Island Marine Yard located in Prickly Bay. It is local to
St George's and the airport. After visiting it I decide this is where I
will put her. They have introduced further securing facilities since last
hurricane. I have booked Bootlegger in.

I dined at the Red Crab which was most enjoyable. Some nice people there
to chat to.
