Wed 11 June Very hot. Motor to One House Bay, Atoko Island, in flat calm

Depart Sivota 1030

Arrive OHB, Atoko, Anchor in 20ft 1305 11nm M2.5

No clouds, no wind, much heat

Relaxed breakfast. Greek school holidays - three months!, about to start. Going to be a scorcher, 3 days in a row, so gotta get out to sea. Oily flat calm. Local breeze fills in around Atoko Island as we arrive, and builds to usual WNW for rest of day. OHB busy. Including one with short sternline to beach, and excessive 60m of anchor chain out into bay, complaining when others want to anchor in bay laying anchors over his. He and most others move on to civilisation, and tavernas. Three stay. Refreshing swim. Gusts coming down valley, we all lay more chain. Wind dies well after dusk. Nearly full moon rises to E.  Two big yachts arrive later, anchor further out. Six for night, and the small fishing boat that seems to spend day tied up in extreme NW corner of bay, and heads out later for night fishing. Peaceful night.
