WE have now covered over 600nm in the 3 days since leaving Cascais.
The last 24 hours have been cold, wet and windy in a grey Bay of Biscay.
With winds of 25kts on our stern we have made good ground and slowed
overnight to time our arrival in Dartmouth for first light tomorrow.
AS forecast winds are now easing and moving into the SE and we expect very
light conditions in the western approaches to the English Channel.
The trip has been enlivened throughout with lots of dolphins coming to play
on our bow and in the large swells, with 20 dolphins counted surfing one
large swell as at least another 20 played chicken in our bow wave.
