We had a great trip across from Falmouth with a mixture of conditions including 30 knot winds, hailstorms,

big rolling seas and a pilotage challenge through the Chanel du Four in poor visibility.

Tricia’s boat speed record was broken by” Wilson” our autopilot with 11.1Kts!!!!

Curious took it all in her stride and the Raymarine navigation systems came into their own as we inched our way

through the rocks and wrecks having timed our arrival for slack water and then a south going tide.

We will stay now in Camaret for a few days before moving south along the North Brittany coast.
