Our arrival in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria signals the end of leg two of our
three leg cruising plans for 2008
With approximately 2,900 nautical miles covered we are about half way to our
final destination in St Lucia.
We had a rolly crossing from Fuerteventura in light and flukey winds and
having to motorsail the whole way across.
We will now remain here until the start of ARC 2008 on the 23rd November and
will spend much of that time getting the boat ready for the crossing and the
Caribbean sailing season.
