The third and final day gave us one of our best ever sails.
Light winds and flat seas and being in no rush we set just the cruising
chute and bowled along at 6.5 to 7.5kts under powder blue skies.
We remained in company with 4 or 5 other boats and even had the chance to
take some photos of Northern Winds, a Farr 55 who had a big reacher sail
poled out to windward and the genoa and mainsail to leeward. A mass of white
canvas it made a great sight. He returned the favour and took photos of
Curious and if all turn out well we will put some up on the blog asap.
We are now waiting for the Ag & fisheries guys to check us in before we can
go ashore and do Customs & Immigration.
