We have moved about 8 miles further offshore to a small group of islands
that are reputed to have some of the best snorkelling in the San Blas,
although Green Island had a few surprises as we disturbed a 4ft nurse shark
sleeping under a coral head as we swam back to the dinghy and feeding in the
sand under the dinghy was a large Caribbean Stingray that moved off slowly
as we floated above it.
