Beach party

For the first time in many weeks we had access to a
beach and although we had to drag the dinghy's
through the shallows we set up camp, built a fire
and had a beach party with the five boats in the anchorage
 Our Thia friend Noi is no stranger to cooking on an
open fire and within minutes had a big blaze going.
 Just farther down the beach was a small village and
many of the villageres were out catching fish in the shallows.
These young boys came past to see who the strangers
were and to go off to collect more food for dinner.
 A couple of the girls from the village headed out
with big machetes and came back with large bundles
of leaves on the heads
 A few cold beers, BBQ'd food and watching the sun
set....Just another day in paradise.
