We left our anchorage in the NE corner of the bay of Cadiz at 12.30am and
headed out hoping for the predicted northerlies. Once out into open water
the winds shifted on cue and we have had steady 20kt northerlies all night
with Curious charging along close hauled at 8kts.
The sunrise has given us a 10 degree wind shift in our favour and we are now
bowling along at 9.5kts.
We should arrive at our planned anchorage behind Cape St Vincent around
6.00pm where we will wait for lighter winds on the Atlantic coast
