After a couple of weeks  cruising the Yasawas , Curious has spent a few days in Vuda Point Marina getting ready for the trip south.

Stowaways, Toby and Nicole did a great job helping clean and service the boat before they headed off to see more of the Fiji Islands

before they fly on to Auckland where we hope to see them again.

Two friends, Todd and Terje have flown in to crew on the 1,100nm trip to Auckland and after the ritual humiliation ceremony 

with the lifejackets and hoods we are now down in Musket Cove again, sailing each day to get them up to speed with the boat.

They are quickly picking up the necessary skills and we will look to head off as soon as we see a good weather window.

In e mails and calls to Tara his wife, Todd has been trying not to sound to smug as she copes with the approaching winter in Canada!!!!
