The med continues to throw just about everything at us.
Since leaving Annaba where we sheltered from 50 knot gales we have had light
easterlies, strong southerlies, no wind and now 20 knot headwinds and big
seas.
The Algerian authorities in Annaba where really helpful and friendly and the
coast guard has monitored our progress along the way offering assistance
should we need it.
This is also an interesting coastline with many towns and fishing harbours
as well as a number of small commercial ports.
The forecast for the next three days is for these westerly's to blow
themselves out by nightfall and then light but favourable winds for the run
in to Gibraltar.
Let's hope so!
